Exchanges & Returns

In application of Article VI.47 to VI.53 WER, the buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise his/her right of withdrawal.

The buyer must make this return no later than 14 days after the decision to revoke. The products in question must be returned in their original packaging and their original condition. Packaging and/or products that have been excessively handled (significant deterioration of the packaging or product) will not be accepted for exchange or return. The purchaser must send the delivery note with the order so that ByeBugz can identify the purchaser together with an indication of the reason for return and the request for exchange or refund.

When the reason for return is the result of an error by ByeBugz (the product received does not comply with the order or the product is damaged), the return costs will be reimbursed by ByeBugz. When this is not a fault of ByeBugz, the return costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges and/or returns are sent to the address below and are only accepted when the order was placed via www.byebugz.be. Purchases through third parties will not be accepted for exchange/return.
